In September 2023, Travel-Lab had the pleasure of organizing an important corporate trip for Powerscreen, a Northern Irish company and leader in the production of earthmoving machinery. The program began in Varese, with a plenary meeting attended by over 310 guests from different countries. The hotel chosen for the occasion welcomed participants with a continuously available coffee station and a buffet lunch designed to combine practicality and quality. It was a valuable opportunity for networking and exchange, organized down to the smallest detail to ensure fluidity and comfort.
Wine & Gastronomic Experience in a Winery
At the end of the plenary session, participants visited a family-run winery nestled in the gentle hills of Varese. Here, they discovered the secrets of local wine production and enjoyed tastings accompanied by the winemaker’s explanations: the perfect opportunity to connect the business dimension with the authenticity of the territory.
Gala Dinner on Lake Maggiore
The day ended in spectacular fashion with a gala dinner aboard a private boat, departing from Laveno Mombello and sailing towards Stresa. The atmosphere was made magical by a live jazz ensemble, a rich menu served on board with open bar, and an unforgettable fireworks display that illuminated the Borromean Islands and the Stresa coastline. A truly evocative moment, destined to remain etched in the memory of all participants.
Inspection and Technical Visit
The following day, the event took on a more operational dimension with an inspection at the work site, where Powerscreen machines were being installed and tested. On this occasion too, Travel-Lab managed the logistics, providing a catered lunch under equipped tents directly on site, designed to ensure efficiency and comfort even in a technical context.
